This blog is about life with my husband who was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's and Frontal Lobe Dementia in 2008. He was 64 at the time although now, knowing more about the disease, Alzheimer's was present many, many years ago, which is why early detection is so important. As you read the blog the character "Al" that I created in 2008, represents the way that Alzheimer's is invading our daily lives.
There is an archive tab further down the page that starts from the beginning of our journey.

A Word of Thanks

I am very thankful for the readers of  my blog. I draw strength reading your comments on how my blog affects each of you. Most of you are on your own Alzheimer journey, and I feel a kinship with you because of that. Cherish each day, each minute, each moment.

I have had several questions about how to leave a comment I hope this helps:
Under the post you would like to comment on, there are the words "no comment" (  if no one has left a comment) or if a comment has been posted it may say 1 comment. Hover over those words and then click on them and it will take you to the comment section. let me know through the contact form if you still have trouble. :)
